- A $2,000 booking deposit reserves your surgery date. The balance is due no later than three weeks before surgery.
- Have your invoice or quote reference and the name on your file ready.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on our secure payment portal. awakeMD does not store your card details.
- Your deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before you pay. See pricing and financing, or call us with questions.
